Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in 24 hours and ship the item back to us within 2 days after receiving the item.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return an item.
- Once a return is received，please allow 3 business days for processing & approval.
- Shipping & any duty charges you may have incurred are non-refundable.
- If duty and/or custom charges incur to Vivi Platinum upon receiving the return，the total duty charge will be deducted from your refund total.
- All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee （will be deducted from refund total）.
Time Frame:
Please contact us in 24 hours after receiving the item and apply for ship back within 2 days of receiving your original order.
A refund may be refused upon inspection of the following:
1. Ineligible Products: Worn, washed or containing any signs of wear including odor or styling product, Damaged Packaging or Product.
2. It has expired the time frame and the transaction has been closed.
3. Clearance items and On Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Custom Order no return and exchange.
Return Shipping Fee:
Please follow our instructions and return the item to the address advised with proper express service such as Fedex, Ups or Dhl. Freight should be prepaid before sending out.
